Additional Information About Our Services

Turn Around Time & Shipping

Our typical lead time is 1 – 3 business days to shipment depending on our workload at the time of approval unless you need your package expedited. Some expedited orders can be out the same or next-day depending on the complexity.

Standard orders are shipped via UPS-Ground and expedited orders are shipped via UPS-Overnight for an additional fee.

If preferred, we can also ship via USPS, FedEx, or by Courier Service.

Multi-Unit Occupants

A majority of the requirements for project development applications require that you notify all occupants within the radius. Apartment buildings, parcels that have more than one building or unit, and other multi-unit properties that are not individually owned do not have site address information captured within the Assessor Tax Rolls. Over the years Title Pro Information Systems has developed methods to obtain this information without the need for a site visit. By utilizing multiple databases and search methods we are able to provide complete reports that include ALL occupants within the radius all while keeping the information tied to the parcel information as stated in the requirements.

Accuracy Of Our Reports

By utilizing CAD software to draw your radius we are able to provide an accurate list of parcels within your radius search. We also certify all of our packages to the latest Assessor Tax Roll Information available so you know all of the Ownership Information and Parcel Maps are current.

Mailing Services

Some jurisdictions will require you to provide printed and stamped envelopes along with your package. As an added service Title Pro will provide Stamped, Labeled, Stuffed and/or Sealed envelopes depending on the requirements of the planner. We can also deliver completed mailing services to the post office along with an Affidavit of Mailing.

ABC Permits: Alcohol Beverage Control Applications

Our ABC Radius Searches can assist you throughout the application process. We are able to provide the following services to assist you with your application:

  • 100FT Residential Search (Form ABC-247 Statement Re: Residences (Rule 61.4))
  • 600FT Points Of Consideration (Form ABC-251 Statement Re: Consideration Points)
  • 500FT Residential Search: To be used to notify all residents of sign postage.
  • Mailing of ABC Notice (Form ABC-207E Notice Of Intention To Engage In The Sale Of Alcoholic Beverages)
  • Signed Affidavit Of Mailing (Form ABC-207F Declaration of Service By Mail)

City Of San Diego Marijuana Projects

Title Pro Information Systems has played a vital roll to the San Diego Cannabis Industry by providing Radius Research for a majority of the Medical Marijuana Outlets and now for the Retail Marijuana Outlet Permits and Applications. We have the ability to assist any applicant applying for a Marijuana Outlet (MO) or Marijuana Processing Facility (MPF) within San Diego by providing the following items:

  • 1,000FT Points of Consideration – A list of all businesses found within 1,000ft of the subject area with estimated distances noted for all sensitive properties found.
  • 100FT Residents and Residential Zone Search
  • Vicinity / Area Map with both the 1,000FT & 100FT Radii

Depending on the requirements, we are able to assist applicants with reports outside of the San Diego area as well.
